With the Beginning of the School Year 2021-2022 fast approaching, the Department of Education recently published the Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form. This tool will be used for the enrollment process which will be conducted for this School Year. As per the DepEd Order on School Calendar and Activities of 2021, the enrollment process will start on August 13, 2021. However, the Office of the Secretary of Education issued a statement that it will be moved to August 16, 2021.
With the release of the DepEd Order 032, s. 2021, for Policy Guidelines on the Enrollment Procedure this School Year, the iSF-EducNation group was able to gather information on this matter. As such, we will be sharing this to you in our articles as soon as we can. For the meantime, the Office of the Director of Planning, Policy and Research Development-DepEd Central Office conducted a three (3) group orientation on the Enrollment Guidelines yesterday, August 12, 2021 via Microsoft Teams to all Regional and Division SGOD. We were fortunate enough to attend these national orientations and availed to have a copy of the Powerpoint Presentation which were used.
A reecho orientation was given to selected schools in the Schools Division of Davao City regarding this enrollment guidelines and was published live on our YouTube Channel.
As mentioned in the live broadcast, we will be sharing the Powerpoint Presentation used and the Electronic Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form which is available via Google Forms.
