- Correct the MySF1 Template with the new additional data elements

- Updated the prompt notification for this School Year.
With our current issues in this pandemic, DepED has shifted to different modes of teaching delivery. Along with this, the department has issued different programs in order to help our teachers adopt to this new scheme.
Nevertheless, the grading system will always be there. However, the quarterly assessment which was implemented under DepEd Order 08 s. 2015 is temporarily removed. A couple of years ago, we presented to each and everyone of you the revision of our iSF-ECR where the Integrated School Forms template now adapts the new grading system based on DepEd Order 31 s. 2020 also known as the Interim Guidelines for Assessment and Grading in Light of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan.
And now with SY 2022-2023, and as indicated in DepEd Order 035 s. 2022 also known as Guidelines on Enrolment for School Year 2022-2023 in the Context of Re-Introduction of the In-Person Classes, we present to you the updated iSF-EClass Record v 7.0! The template is already adjusted and is currently adopting the policies implied in the aforementioned DepEd Order.

But it suddenly showed a warning sign saying "PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE NEWLY UPDATED FILE OF THIS TEMPLATE. KINDLY GO BACK TO THE COPYRIGHT PAGE AND CLICK OUR WEBSITE/YOUTUBE CHANNEL FOR MORE INFORMATION. THANK YOU!" Gumagana pa rin po ba ang template till now? Please let me know if there is anything I needed to do. In addition, please exclude the "ECR per Subject and QUARTERLY GRADING SHEET (per Subject)"
because each subject in JHS is handled by different teacher/s. The class advisers are not allowed to ask for the ECR from the subject teachers in their advisory class because its confidential. We can only ask for the summary of quarterly grades. So the class adviser only need the SUMMARY OF QUARTERLY GRADES (per Quarter) and FINAL GRADING SHEET (with Ranking of Honors/Awardees)" in this automated iSF.
Lastly, please include the Learning Modality as per DM 014, s. 2021 Interim Guidelines on the Preparation, Submission and Checking of School Forms (https://www.deped.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/DM_s2021_014.pdf)

DeleteI don't think that the grades were rounded off since we're using the tabulated results based on DO 8 s. 2015. Final grades are whole numbers in the tabulation. The initial grades are rounded off, not the Quarterly Grades per learning area nor with the SF9.
