DISSEMINATION OF OMNIBUS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE LAWS ON THE CONVERSION OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN BASIC EDUCATION

1. Pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 4, Rule 2 of the Omnibus Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Laws on the Conversion of Public Schools in Basic Education, the Annexes of the Omnibus IRR shall be periodically updated to ensure the inclusion of all public schools converted by laws subsequent to the publication of the Omnibus IRR.
2. In accordance with Section 151, the Omnibus IRR was published in the Official Gazette Vol. 121, No. 18, and thus took effect on May 5, 2025.
3. All regional offices, schools division offices, and public schools are directed to implement the provisions of the Omnibus IRR and subsequent issuances pursuant thereto.
4. For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of the Omnibus IRR and its Annexes.
