AMENDMENT TO DEPED ORDER NO. 020, S. 2021

(Enhanced Guidelines on Accreditation/Re-accreditation of Private Entities Under the Automatic Payroll Deduction System Program)

1.         In view of the reorganization of Undersecretaries and Assistant Secretaries as contained in DepEd Order (DO) No. 001, s. 2023 titled Revised Designation of Undersecretaries and Assistant Secretaries to their Strands and Functional Areas of Responsibilities and Revised Signing Authorities, the composition of the DepEd Central Office Automatic Payroll Deduction System (APDS) Task Force under Paragraph 37, Enclosure 1 of DO 020, s. 2021, shall be amended as follows:

2.         The said APDS Task Force shall continue to perform the functions enumerated in Paragraph 45, Enclosure 1 of DO 020, s. 2021.

 

3.         This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force unless sooner repealed, amended or rescinded. Certified copies of this Order shall be registered with the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR) at the University of the Philippines Law Center (UP LC), UP Diliman, Quezon City.

 

4.         All other orders, memoranda, circulars, and related issuances inconsistent herewith are deemed repealed or amended accordingly.
