SUBJECT : CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE FY 2023 COMPETITIVE
GRANTS PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR
CULTURE AND THE ARTS

Pursuant to Section 12.a.4 of Republic Act 7356, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) is authorized to give grants to artists and cultural groups which contribute significantly to the Filipino's cultural legacy to extend artistic achievement for the development, protection, preservation, and dissemination of Philippine culture and arts.
Funded under the National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA), the NCCA announces the opening of the call for proposals for the FY 2023 NCCA Competitive Grants Program which is competitive in nature. Project proposals shall pass through a rigorous and confidential evaluation process based on merit such as quality and relevance to Commission priorities.
Civil Society Organizations, Peoples Organizations, Indigenous Peoples Organizations, Individuals, Local Government Units, Government Agencies, State Universities/ Colleges and Public Schools may submit its project proposals on culture and art which will be implemented in FY 2023 by accomplishing the project proposal form and submitting it together with the requirements for accreditation.
The period of submission opened on May 16, 2022 (Monday) while the deadline for submission of proposals is on August 31, 2022 (Wednesday).
