The Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Checklist is intended for specialist organizations like midwives, child-development workers, day care workers, and day care mothers, who can administer it after a short preparing period. By utilizing the Checklist, they will have the option to decide whether a youngster is growing sufficiently, or is in danger for delays. The ECCD Checklist isn't expected to be to utilized to 1) make a clinical analysis; 2) decide a youngster's IQ or EQ; or 3) measure his scholastic accomplishment. It is just the first of a few stages in an exhaustive evaluation measure that a child at risk is required to go through so he can get the assistance he needs as early as possible.
The Checklist comprises of a Child's Record, isolated into two sections: Child's Record 1 for youngsters matured 0 months to 3.0 years; Child's Record 2 is for kids matured 3 years and I month to 5 years and 11 months. The items in the Checklist are gathered into seven domains: 1) gross motor, 2) fine motor. 3) self-help, 4) receptive language, 5) expressive language. 6) cognitive, and 7) social-emotional.
The selection of items depended on statistical validation while the test has been normed dependent on a sample of 10,915 kids from the National Capital Region, Regions III, VI, VII, VIII, and The ECCD Checklist is subsequently a result of cautious refinement and approval. It is an observing instrument fit to the requirements of the Filipino child.
And the Integrated School Forms has designed this rigorous checklist to be more efficient and user-friendly by converting it into an Automated Template for all our Kindergarten Teachers!!!

DeleteI don't know why but it wont generate the age for the baseline, the age will only appear on the summative, but in DD/MM/YY format not what is stated on the side MM/DD/YY.
ReplyDeleteeach computer has a different date and time format settings depending on how the user set it up during installation or what. so, you will follow whatever date and time format your computer is set to make the template work.

DeleteNo, we don't have any other translations for the ECCD. The file is patterned from the Official ECCD released by the Early Childhood Development Council of the Philippines.

ReplyDeletethis is a common issue with the date format of your system which is different from the format date in the file. So, instead of using the recommended date format, change it to DD/MM/YYYY instead.
DeleteI've downloaded the file. Unfortunately, it's not automated. In learner's checklist, upon clicking the boxes, the check symbol will not automatically appear. Same with scaled scores per learning domain, overall SS, and interpretation. Need help on this. Please advise what to do next. Thanks
