2025 NATIONAL SCHOOLS PRESS CONFERENCE RESULTS

l. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 039, s. 2025, titled National School Press Conference and National Festival of Talents, the Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Curriculum Development (BCD), in collaboration with the Bureau of Learning Delivery (BLD), announces the official results of the 2025 National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) held in Ilocos Sur from May 19 to 23, 2025.
2. The annual Conference aims to promote and strengthen journalism at both elementary and secondary levels in public and private schools. The 2025 NSPC showcased the knowledge and skills of around 2,000 students from all regions. Student-participants demonstrated their understanding of journalism on various platforms and displayed their social consciousness and environmental awareness. The event also fostered camaraderie among student-participants.

4. The Department extends its gratitude to all the participants, including the campus journalists, teacher-advisers, officials from the regional and division offices, judges, and parents, and congratulates all the national winners. Additionally, the Department recognizes the support of Region I, the host region, led by the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Ilocos Sur in cooperation with the SDO of Vigan City and the provincial government of Ilocos Sur.
