DISSEMINATION OF THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12118, TITLED AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE BAGUIO CITY HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12118, titled An Act Establishing the Baguio City High School for the Arts and Appropriating Funds Therefor.

 

2. In accordance with Section 19 of the IRR, these rules and regulations shall take effect immediately after its publication in the Official Gazette (OG) or in a newspaper of general circulation. The IRR was published in the OG, Volume 121, No. 31, and thus took effect on August 4, 2025.

 

3. All regional offices, schools division offices, and public and private schools are directed to implement the provisions of RA 12118, this IRR, and subsequent issuance pursuant to the foregoing.
