10th ASEAN QUIZ REGIONAL COMPETITION

1. The 10th ASEAN Quiz Regional Competition, with Myanmar as the host country, is scheduled on December 11-17, 2022.
2. The ASEAN Quiz is a continuing project of the ASEAN Committee on Culture and Information (COCI) that aims to foster the spirit of healthy competition among ASEAN youth in a friendly quiz game that exposes them to ASEAN cultural, political, economic, and social information.
3. The ASEAN Quiz (Regional Level) is participated in by the 10 ASEAN member countries (Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Thailand, Lao PDR, and Singapore).
4. The Philippine National Team will be represented by the winning regions in the 10th ASEAN Quiz National Competition held at PTV Broadcast Center, Visayas Avenue, Quezon City last May 17-20, 2022. This was announced in DepEd Memorandum Nos. 076, s. 2021 and 024, s. 2022. (Please see table below)

5. Student's airfare, accommodation, food, and local transportation shall be covered by the project fund while expenses by the teacher-coaches and other delegates shall be charged to local funds subject to auditing and accounting rules and regulations.
