Due to major changes in the School Calendar for SY 2020-2021, DepED will conduct the early registration for SY 2021-2020 from March 26 to April 30, 2021.
All incoming Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7 and 11 in public elementary and secondary schools shall pre-register to allow the Department to make necessary preparations and incoming plans for the School Year. Grades 2-6, 8-10 and 12 are considered pre-registered and will not need to participate in the early registration.
With the conduct of the Early Registration in the New Normal, the Department of Education released the newly Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form. This Modified BEEF will be used for:
- Public Schools - Mandatory
- Private Schools - Ooptional

Note:
The Excel File properties are as follows
- MS Excel Format is protected in order to keep the original file undistorted upon opening.
- The file layout is set at 8.5" x 13" (Long bond paper / Folio Size)
